This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed directly through www.wick-theory.com.

Wick-Theory LLC processes orders as promptly as reasonably possible.

Any processing or shipping timeframe displayed on our website, product page, checkout page, or order confirmation represents the applicable expected timeframe for that order.

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. An estimated delivery date may therefore include both order-processing and carrier transit periods.

Wick-Theory will maintain a reasonable basis for shipping products within any timeframe represented to customers.

If no shipping timeframe is provided, orders will be handled in accordance with applicable federal requirements governing Internet merchandise orders.

If we discover that we cannot ship an order within the applicable timeframe, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, request for consent to delay, and/or refund required by applicable law.

Available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.

Shipping charges may depend on factors including:

• Destination;
• Package size;
• Package weight;
• Products ordered; and
• Selected shipping method.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order.

If you discover an address error, contact Support@wick-theory.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment or shipment.

Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information after an order ships.

Tracking information is supplied by the applicable carrier and may require time to update after the shipping label is created or the package enters the carrier's network.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Wick-Theory unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather;
• Natural disasters;
• Carrier disruptions;
• Holidays;
• Transportation interruptions;
• High shipping volumes; and
• Other unforeseen circumstances.

If Wick-Theory cannot ship merchandise within the timeframe promised to the customer—or within the legally applicable timeframe when no shipping promise was made—we will handle the delayed order in accordance with applicable federal law.

Depending upon the circumstances, customers may be provided an opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel the affected order and receive the legally required refund.

If an order arrives damaged, contact Support@wick-theory.com promptly.

Please retain the product and shipping packaging while the claim is being evaluated.

We may request photographs showing:

• The damaged product;
• Shipping container;
• Packaging materials; and
• Shipping label.

This information may assist us in resolving the matter or pursuing a carrier claim.

If a shipment appears lost, contact us at Support@wick-theory.com.

We may review carrier tracking information or assist with a carrier inquiry before determining the appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this section limits consumer rights regarding merchandise that was not delivered.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

If a package is returned to Wick-Theory because of an address issue, we will contact the customer regarding available options.

Wick-Theory may limit shipping to geographic areas that we are reasonably able to serve.

Available shipping destinations will ordinarily be indicated through our checkout process.

We reserve the right to decline an order that cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to the supplied destination.
